              The AMA appointed in the area Malagala,Pappa Reddy Palaya,Moodala Palya, Malathahalli,Kottigepalya,Kalyna Nagar, Sunkadakatte  has expresseed his unwillingness  to continue as AMA for the period from  01.01.2011 to 31.12.2011 due to personal reasons.age factor. 

               In this regard, you are requested to provide details of doctors practicing in the  above locality alongwith their willingness so that an AMA can be appointed for the above said areas.
