                  Please refer to the meeting of the Head of Office Central Government Offices in Karnataka , held on 04.11.2010, wherein it was decided to call for willingness, for appointment of Area Welfare Officer for CGHS dispensary at Koramangala.

                  It is requested that nomination for appointment of AWO for the above said CGHS dispensary may please be forwarded to this office before 22.12.2010.  The nominee should be utilizing the service of the said dispensary.
