Reference is invited to the OM F. No. 12/5/2009-JCA-2 dated 09/06/2009 wherein the list of closed / restricted Holidays was enclosed for observance in Central Government Offices during the year 2010. The OM can be downloaded from the link at persmin.gov.in/WriteData/CircularNotification/ScanDocument/12_5_2009-JCA-2.pdf.

In this connection it is proposed to hold a meeting of all Heads of Departments of Central Govt. Offices at Bangalore for finalizing the Holiday list for the year 2010 and also to discuss the issue relating to the appointment / renewal of AMA`s and appointment of Area Welfare Officers for CGHS dispensaries.

The meeting is proposed to be held at Conference Hall, Ground Floor, C R Building, Queens Road, Bangalore on Wednesday the 28^th October 2009 at 3.30 pm.
