Sir/Madam, Sub:- Convening meeting of Heads of Departments – intimation – reg. ****** Reference is invited to the DOPT OM F.No.12/3/2011-JCA-2 dated 27-06-2011 communicating the list of closed and restricted holidays, to be observed by the Central Government Offices during the year 2012.  The OM can be downloaded at the following URL: http://circulars.nic.in/WriteReadData/CircularPortal/D2/D02est/12_3_2011-JCA-2-1.pdf In this connection, it is proposed to hold a meeting of all Heads of Departments of Central Government Offices in Bangalore, for finalizing the holiday list for the year 2012, and also to discuss the appointment/renewal of AMA’s , appointment of Area Welfare Officer for CGHS dispensary and other matters related to the CGEWCC. The  meeting is proposed to be held at the “SHARAVATHI HALL” First Floor, CR Building, Queens Road, Bangalore 560 001 on 02nd November,2011(Wednesday) at 11.30 AM.
